- The office premises are closed from Friday 20th reopening on Thursday 2nd January 2025.
- Hospital service is available up to Tuesday 24th December and on 30th and 31st December. Closed on 1st January resuming as normal from 2nd January 2025.
- Main helpline is open throughout except on 25th and 26th December and 1st January (weekdays only) 07557123493. Please leave a message if the phone is not answered.
